Exchange Policy
- To claim an exchange, Version XI needs to be notified within 48 hours.
- Version XI will only exchange products if the product was, wrong size, or wrong color etc.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our stated conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
- If you request a size change or product change, the customer will be responsible for delivery charges. The courier replacement facility is available in limited areas of Lahore only. Other cities customers have to send via courier themselves.
- Note: No return/exchange will be possible for items on SALE/Packs/Clearance except only if they are defective in any way.
Return Policy
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Version XI will only accept returns in case the product is unworn, unwashed, and unused. If the product being returned is in an inadequate condition, Version XI reserves the right not to accept the return.
- Version XI accepts returns only if the product is sent back to us within seven days of being delivered.
- The return should be backed with valid reasons. Version XI will only accept returns if the product delivered to you was incorrect.
- The product should be returned to Version XI in the original form in which it was delivered.
FAULTY ITEMS OR WRONG ORDER RETURNS
If an item is a faulty, wrongly described, or different size shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
